Samantha is an employment law specialist advising on the full range of employment issues in the UAE, Qatar and wider Middle East. Her practice spans the full employment cycle from commencement of employment to its termination and the associated immigration considerations. She supports clients in a range of sectors with both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Samantha is part of our specialist Health and Safety practice and, in this capacity, regularly advises clients both on preventing and responding to workplace incidents and injuries. She has supported clients with litigation arising from workplace incidents and injuries in both the labour and criminal court.
Samantha is admitted to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales and, prior to joining Clyde & Co, worked as a specialist employment law in UK with one of the world's largest law firms.
